Wey Valley Academy celebrates Diversity Week

Wey Valley Academy celebrated its Diversity Week with an eclectic range of events including raising the LGBTQ+ flag , a library reading and a bake sale on Friday (to raise funds for ‘Space’. On Wednesday,  Mr Chutter (Head of Performing Arts and Teaching and Learning Challenge Lead) is off to the Final of the Queer School Awards in Birmingham as Wey Valley is through to the final for its commitment to inclusivity across the curriculum. On Saturday Wey Valley is supporting the Chesil Youth Pride in Weymouth.
